SUMMARY

Astonishing GMC RV Custom Truck, the subject of a £50,000+ restoration. Ideal show transporter for your 1950s and 1960s 'Americana'.

DESCRIPTION

  • The subject of a fabulous restoration at a cost of over £50,000 by Adam Redding of Buckinghamshire in 2018
  • Taken back to bare metal and superbly refinished with great attention to detail. The interior was predominantly new at the time of the restoration and remains in lovely condition
  • Fitted with a Ford 460 'Big Block' 7.3-Litre V8 and an automatic box with a Hurst shifter
  • Twin stainless exhaust stacks that certainly make a statement
  • A semi-commercial, it can be driven on a standard license without HGV approval, and has a quality winch fitted to assist with loading
  • Part of a private collection for some years and in generally very good condition but may need light recommissioning prior to regular use
  • This vehicle is tax and MOT exempt, looks stunning, sounds stunning and is offered at what seems to be a very competitive guide for such an imposing truck
