SUMMARY

A superbly restored B-Spec car optioned with the rare automatic transmission.

DESCRIPTION

  • Stunningly finished in Jaguar Opalescent Grey with a new Oxblood leather interior
  • The result of a total nut and bolt restoration including the mechanicals and a full engine re-build
  • The car benefits from Robert Grinter’s rear gas telescopic suspension upgrade and the essential rack and pinion steering conversion
  • Purchased new in June 1961 from Stratstone, London, by Dr. Derek Ivor Segall who kept the car for four years prior to passing it on to Anthony Mitchell who lived in London, with its last keeper in May 2022, so very limited ownership
  • Supplied with its original Buff Log Book, Heritage Certificate, history file and photographic record of its restoration along with an editorial piece in the Royal North of Ireland Yacht Club magazine which covers the car's restoration
  • This rare, automatic SP250 offers great usability along with a desirable detailed history and presented in a 'near perfect restored condition'
