DESCRIPTION

  • Presenting well in Snowberry 'Police' White with a black interior
  • Number one of 27 examples purchased by the Liverpool and Bootle Police Force
  • Recognisable by the SKD number plates, 200G being the first one
  • Full engine rebuild and gearbox overhaul by its engineer owner at a cost of around £4,000
  • Tell-tale signs of the decommissioning include the roof where the central light box was fitted and holes under the dash where the Police radio was mounted
  • Police vehicles replaced the Dynamo with an Alternator as is the case here
  • Believed to have had a Swaymar Performance head conversion in the 1970s with some documentation in the file referring to this
  • From very long-term ownership and supplied with its Heritage Certificate showing it to be a matching numbers car, with just three keepers in total on the V5

Vehicles can be collected from The Warwickshire Event Centre, CV31 1XN, on Sunday 11th December between 10am and 3pm and Monday 12th September between 9am and 1pm.

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of The WEC by 1pm on Monday 12th therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
