SUMMARY

Well presented Mk II from 26-years ownership, recently refreshed with some sympathetic upgrades.

DESCRIPTION

  • Classically presented in Tartan Red with a black leather interior and silver Minator 8-spoke alloys
  • With its current custodian for the last 26 years and just five previous owners
  • Over the last two years, the 'B' has been treated to a quality respray, new aluminium bonnet and mohair hood
  • Tastefully upgraded with front plastic inner arches, trickle charge adapter and the batteries encased in protective boxes
  • Mechanical improvements include an ally radiator upgrade with Revotec fan, fresh timing chain, a new water pump and K&N air filters
  • With overdrive working well on third and fourth gear, we understand the car drives as well as it looks
  • The evergreen MG B is, quite simply, the most popular sports car ever made in Britain and still has tremendous appeal today as a practical and thoroughly enjoyable two-seater
