Classic Car Auctions says:

A very desirable Porsche 911 .....

This wonderfully presented 911 Porsche has undergone a complete rebuild to a very good standard and really wants for nothing including body works and mechanicals.

The car benefitted from new floor pans, front pan, dash top and interior trim including door cards and a new carpet and was fully painted from a bare metal shell in Guards Red.

The engine, which is now a 2.2 from a 911T, has recently been replaced and is very strong and coupled to a positive gearbox with excellent synchromesh. This bright red 911 sports some nice replica Minilites, an RS front spoiler and some big spotlights to complete the package.

To sum up, this attractive Porsche is a good fun, entry-level contender into the 911 scene and does represent extremely good value.

Please note the car's Chassis Plate is from a 1971 car and does state it is a 911 2.4E. It does not have a Chassis Stamp at all. The registration document states the car as being manufactured in 1972. The suspension, engine and gearbox and indeed wiring along with the interior point to the car being a 911T. The price guide of the car takes these issues into account, however we are making prospective buyers aware before hand. The vehicle will be available for inspection prior to the auction for buyers to satisfy themselves.
