SUMMARY

This is a rare 2.8-Litre Series I and would make an excellent project. To be sold with 'No Reserve'.

DESCRIPTION

  • This 2.8-litre Series I XJ6 was originally supplied by Somerset Motors on 02/02/1973
  • Fitted with a manual gearbox and overdrive, it's finished in Regency Red with Tan leather
  • Owned by a father and son, we believe, from new with the last change of keeper in 1998
  • Forming part of a private collection and only available due to a bereavement
  • Supplied with a small history file and a Jaguar Heritage Certificate
  • There are only a few dozen 2.8-litre Series I cars left - even fewer with a manual box
  • Has been off the road for a few years but generally appears to be a worthwhile project
