SUMMARY
Eminently usable 1,275cc Mk III offered at No Reserve.
DESCRIPTION
- 1966 saw the arrival of the Mk III Midget with the 1,275cc A-Series offering an improvement to 64bhp although, as it was very similar to the current Mini Cooper S unit, more power was easily available with simple, off the shelf modifications
- The later cars also benefitted from a new design of a folding hood and a larger fuel tank
- Finished in Old English White which, we understand has been refreshed in the past
- Classic Midget interior in Tartan Red piped in white that would benefit from further detailing, very tidy engine bay, decent chrome and a new wiring loom has also been fitted
- Midgets are charismatic little cars, cheap to run, quicker than you think and well supported by owner's clubs
