DESCRIPTION

The Triumph TR6 (1968-76) was a British six-cylinder sports car and the best-seller of the TR range when production ended in July 1976. This record was then surpassed by the TR7. Of the 94,619 TR6s produced, 86,249 were exported and only 8,370 were sold in the UK. Offered for sale here, this 1973 Mimosa Yellow example has a manual gearbox and fuel injection. It was the subject of a full restoration during the late 1990s and there is a photographic record of the build. Along with the bodywork, the engine was fully rebuilt by 'TRGB' and was treated to a polished and ported head complete with a mildly uprated cam. To continue the sporting theme, the suspension and braking systems have also been modified to further enhance an already impressive driving experience. As well as photos of the restoration, the comprehensive history file contains a number of invoices and old MoTs.

This striking TR6 will have a fresh MoT at the time of sale and is 'guided' to reflect the car's quality.
