DESCRIPTION
- The Mk2 may have suffered for not being the first Golf GTi, but in many ways it’s a better car: faster, more comfortable and more modern
- Powered by a 1.8-litre, naturally aspirated inline-four, producing around 110bhp, driving the front wheels through a 5-speed manual transmission
- This freshly restored example is finished in Diamond Silver Metallic (L97A)
- With its current owner since January 2008 and just two previous keepers
- The bare-metal bodywork restoration included new wings, sills and front panel
- Mechanical attention included a cam belt, water pump, all fluids replaced, new suspension, complete braking system overhauled, refurbished alloy wheels and a new set of Yokohama tyres
- The black and grey striped cloth interior is original however the headlining has been replaced
- Detailed history file including its stamped service book. Will have a fresh MOT for the sale

Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of the WEC by 1pm on Monday 19th therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
