Classic Car Auctions says:

A stunning XJS convertible,
This particular XJS was supplied new on the 1st of October 1990 by Stratstones, to Goldschmidt and Howland, a firm of London estate agents, and has been enjoyed by five owners who between them have clocked up 69,765 miles. It has a stamped service book up until May 1999, when it had covered 53,729 miles, and since then has receipts for work and services carried out, and just recently had all new rear suspension fitted. It has also had the bonnet gas struts replaced as these can fail with age.Today, this model is very much establishing itself as a most worthy latter-day classic, good examples being eagerly sought by enthusiasts of the marque. The Solent Blue metallic paintwork is generally good and the interior is inviting with the blue piped cream leather in good condition throughout, complimented beautifully by walnut veneer that has retained its colour well.
The XJS will come to auction with a new MoT and has recently been serviced.
