ODOMETER READING
36000
DESCRIPTION
A handsome Jaguar XJS reading just 36,000 miles...Presented in Red with gorgeous Cream leather, this car has had only three former keepers. It is believed that this 'purring cat' may have spent a few years off the road as indicated by the service stamps in its Jaguar maintenance record book; 1994 5K, 1996 11K, 1997 15K and 2015 at 35K. A Gov.UK history check shows that the car only covered 1,500 miles between 2005 and 2015. Working on that basis, our vendor carried out some seetely immaculate and has covered just 8k miles since refurb finished in early 2002. Old English white with 'new' red leather interior. Auto box, power steering, all mechanicals completely rebuilt during refurb. Runs beautifully. Sad to sell but lacknsible recommissioning including a main dealer service, new bushes, front brake discs and other sundry items at a cost of over £2,000. The car looks to be in very good all round condition and comes from the same private collection as of garage space (and age!) means selling is only sensible option. Always garaged or dry stored.the TR6 and GTO so the feeling is that these were all well cared-for motor cars. Anyone keeping an eye on the XJS market will be aware that excellent, low mileage cars seem to be on the move and this, sensibly guided car is worth a look.
