1997 BMW M3 'Evo' Convertible

Lot: 802

Sold for (£): 8,030
Offered for sale is a 3.2L 1997 BMW M3 Evolution Convertible manual. Coming with an extensive history file, this lot's condition scores 84 / 135.

Classic Car Auctions says:

The E36 M3 debuted in February 1992, and the first cars arrived in UK dealer's showrooms in November of that year. Unlike its four-cylinder predecessor (the E30), the new design was powered by a straight-six engine, utilising the 2,990 cc S50, which produced 240bhp making this, even by today's standards, an extremely quick car.
This particular manual, 'Evo' Convertible is finished in Silver with matching trim and has travelled a mere 62,000 miles, relatively low for a car of this nature. This M3 presents very well indeed with good original alloy wheels fitted with new tyres, an immaculate interior and an impressive engine bay. It has a comprehensive history file and will arrive at the sale with a fresh MoT and, we believe, a service.
A great opportunity to get behind the wheel of a Bavarian icon.
