A genuine, final edition Mini Cooper Sport (SAXXNP) that has been subject to over £14,000 worth of recent investment.
DESCRIPTION
- The penultimate limited-edition of the classic Mini Cooper was the 'Rover Mini Cooper Sport' with around 2,200 built between March and October 2000
- Externally they could be distinguished by their muscular stance with flared wheel arches and 13" sports alloy wheels, four spot lamps and Platinum-coloured roof and bonnet stripes
- The 'Sport' also featured an updated interior with stylish nickel-silver and black leather trim, drilled and polished alloy door and window handles, and a Sport dash in turned alloy silver and black finish
- This sparkling example has been totally rebuilt around a brand new Mini Mk5 'Sportspack' body shell with doors, bonnet and boot lid (£7,461)
- Professionally painted in Laser Blue with a Silver roof over the cars original seating and upholstery
- There are over 30 invoices (mainly Mini Sport Ltd.) detailing an engine rebuild, sub-frame assemblies, lighting etc and covering the complete reassembly of the Mini, mainly utilising new parts. Great attention to detail
- The car has covered less than 5,000 miles since being finished and the MOT is valid until 24/07/2023
