Classic Car Auctions says:

Pure bred luxury...The fifth generation of the Quattroporte was unveiled to the world at the Frankfurt Motor Show on 9 September 2003 with production starting in 2004, and boasted exterior and interior design by Pininfarina.

Offered here is a dynamic 2005 Maserati Quattroporte equipped with the DuoSelect transmission. It boasts a 4244cc, V8 powerplant with 395bhp on tap, and is a fine example of the marque having lived a cherished life as an executive limousine for some years.  Finished in Grigio Alfieri with matching Charcoal alloys and a sumptuous Grey/Green leather. It's impossible to sit in one of these cars and look at the 'dreamy' dashboard and not wonder how it's possible to buy so much car for so little money but, as they say, that's life.

The V8 engines of the fifth generation Quattroporte belonged to the "Ferrari-Maserati F136" family; they had aluminium-silicon alloy block and heads, a cross plane crankshaft, four valves per cylinder driven by two overhead camshafts per bank and continuously variable valve timing on the intake side. F136 4.2-litre engines in DuoSelect equipped cars use a dry sump lubrication system. This particular example had the F1 gearbox pump replaced in 2015.

Please note the private plate is not included and the car will be sold with the registration number GN54 YLF.
