SUMMARY
An attractive, well-built, classically styled Jaguar-based Roadster by long-established Autotune Ltd. in Lancashire.
DESCRIPTION
- Designed and built by Autotune Ltd. in 1983, the Aristocat is a replica 'within the spirit' of the famous Jaguar XK series of sports cars, built with Jaguar's permission
- It uses original Jaguar XJ6, XJS or XJ12 mechanical and trim components, assembled into an Autotune-built steel spaceframe chassis
- The spaceframe is made from 16-gauge, 1.5" square steel and complies with current British/EU Individual Vehicle Approval regs
- On offer here is an XK140 replica built in 2012 and based on a 1983 XJ6 4.2-litre Manual O/D with most mechanical parts refurbished, restored or replaced
- It's been well finished in Old English White (Cream) with a very impressive deep red leather interior and sits on a set of wire wheels
- We understand that the engine was rebuilt in 2013 and was fully serviced (plugs, fluids etc.) within the last 12 months/200 miles
- Estimated mileage since the build is 5,000 miles with around 1,300 miles in the last seven years supported by the MOT history
- Aristocats have been in continuous production for 40 years and this smart, two-owner car would welcome your inspection
