Overall the bodywork is very tidy & presentable. There are some stone chips to the lower front bumper & the odd small mark but nothing untoward or unexpected of a near twenty year old classic. The chromework is all bright & not pitted or damaged. Light lenses are not cracked nor discolored or faded. All door seals are intact & not perished.

The interior is in lovely condition showing only very light wear on the driver's bolster. The seats all operate as they should & headlining is taught. There are no stains or rips to the interior anywhere, it is all intact. The rear seats are in as new condition. The boot compartment is also in good condition complete with the factory Golf umbrella & first aid kit.

This 5.9 V12 is in fine order, starting positively & running exactly as it should. There are no hesitations or vibrations from the engine and likewise, no fluid leaks or components weeping. The beautification panels are intact including numbered sign off plaque.

The 5-speed gearbox functions without fault, all gears engage with no noises or hesitation & the vehicle cycles all gears with ease. The sport mode also engages to liven up throttle response & sharpen engine noise. There are no fluid leaks from the gearbox.

The chassis & suspension are in good order all around, all bearings are quiet as is the differential. 12 months ago the rear trailing arms were replaced with genuine AML upgraded items along with several bushes & suspension links. 150 miles ago brand new Bridgestone Potenza tyres were fitted all round. Four wheel tracking & alignment has also been carried out. The wheels were also refurbished & powder coated at the same time.

All electric items work as intended, the fully electric heated seats operate fine as does windows & mirrors, the quick clear front & rear screens have all elements in tact & there are no warning lights displayed. This vehicle has the optional extra of the Aston Martin Premium audio sub fitted on the boot wall.

Vehicle History


Full service history detailing 24 stamps that are either Aston Martin main dealer or Aston Specialist. There are two folders full of invoices detailing a variety of work over the last 20 years. Over the last two years over £5,000 has been spent on the major jobs. The last service was 1800 miles ago which involved all filters being changed. A new genuine AML radiator was has also been recently fitted with a full coolant flush & refill using the correct OAT coolant. It is in very good mechanical order. Present also is a factory order form detailing this to be the 21st Vantage
