CLASSIC CAR AUCTIONS BUYING GUIDE – TIMED ONLINE AUCTIONS

We are excited to offer an additional service to our live auctions, you can now buy everyman classics right here on our website in our monthly, timed online auctions!

Here at CCA we have been committed to making buying and selling as easy as possible since our first auction back in 2015, and with that in mind we are constantly evolving. The addition of regular online sales means we can offer our growing customer base more of the affordable classics in between our four staple events which take place throughout the year.

Everything you need to know about buying in our timed online auctions is right here but should you have any questions please do get in touch.

Click here to view this month’s listings which will close for bids from 7pm on Sunday 1st October.

VEHICLE DESCRIPTION AND INFORMATION

Please take the time to read and inspect all the information available for any vehicle(s) of interest. This information about the vehicle is provided by the seller and includes a condition report as well as photographs. We do encourage sellers to include a video of the car and there will also be a vehicle description for you to read.

We will have completed a HPI check and any outstanding finance will be displayed in the listing; it will be your responsibility to ensure that the finance is repaid as part of the final transaction.

We carry out a number of checks on the item to confirm ownership and condition, it is your responsibility as the buyer to satisfy yourself that any description applied to the item is accurate.

Vehicles offered from Trade Sellers are being sold via a business not an individual consumer. Trade Sellers must follow Government requirements and regulations and operate under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The Act provides that wherever goods are purchased by a consumer they must meet minimum standards and must be of 'satisfactory quality', be 'as described ' and be 'fit for purpose' - taking into account the catalogue description and the condition report. For further information regarding your consumer rights please see the Citizens Advice website.
