DESCRIPTION
- No one could do 'go-faster' quite like Ford and, at its unveiling in August 1980, the XR3 represented a master class in addenda-driven design
- The whale-tail spoiler and the distinctive cloverleaf alloy wheels both became instant classics
- 1.6-litre, four-cylinder, CVH unit offered 86bhp and 0-60 in 8.5 seconds (40 years ago)
- Unrestored and basically original, this early car is finished in Sunburst Red with a factory sunroof
- We understand that it was enjoyed by its first owner for 34 years
- Very low 31,500 miles believed to be correct with plenty of history and previous MOTs
- Original grey interior showing very little wear and no cracks in the dashboard

Vehicles can be collected from The Warwickshire Event Centre, CV31 1XN, on Sunday 25th September between 10am and 3pm and Monday 26th September between 9am and 1pm.
Our transport partners, EM Rogers, can assist with collection and delivery. Please contact them on 01604 755511 or trafficdesk@emrogers.co.uk for a quote.
Due to venue restrictions we need to be clear of The WEC by 1pm on Monday 26th therefore any motor vehicles not collected by this time will be taken to our transport partners storage facility in Northampton for a fee of £150 plus VAT. Storage will be charged at £10 plus VAT per day.
