Classic Car Auctions says:

Chrysler PT Cruiser 'Route 66 Street Cruiser'..  This model was a limited edition of around 500 produced for the for the UK market and they were all finished in the traditional Black or, in this case, a New York Taxi shade of Yellow. They were uncommon to begin with, and as far as we can tell there are only just over 20 "Route 66" cars currently registered so they are now quite rare. This right-hand drive Cruiser has been on a SORN for 3 years and is believed to have been kept in dry storage. Described by the vendor as in "unmolested and original condition" reading 59,000 miles and supplied with a fresh MoT until May 2017. It has a 2.4-litre engine and manual gearbox and the Grey interior and Banana Yellow paintwork appear in very good condition.  Their rarity and 'Route 66' cachet may result in these cars becoming a sound investment, and in the meantime, you can bring a little 'Caribbean Sunshine' into your life.
