Sold for: £4,510
The body work has been resprayed twice in the last eighteen years. The car has minor bubbling predominantly on the drivers door as the list of replaced panels above suggests the body work has received substantial work over the years.
Over the years this area of the car has received least attention. Any new owner wishing to bring the car up to Concours standard would need to address this area. Both front seats have been partially replaced so the car is comfortable for long journeys.
The engine runs well if not left to stand for long periods
The clutch has been replaced in the last eighteen years, this car has a four-speed gearbox and is more than capable of sustaining 70 miles an hour on the motorway. Transmission is good.
The connection to the demisting circuit in the rear window does not work others electrics are sound. Normal replacement of elements like spark plugs has been maintained over the years with new leads etc. fitted as needed.
While I have had significant work done on the car I cannot trace all of the invoices from the last 18 years. Those I have will be supplied to the auction house.
