Remarks

This glorious pillarless coupé is finished in the classic BMW colour of Blue. The meticulous restoration of this rare RHD example was carried in 2018-2019. The body was completely stripped and re-metalled where necessary. Then, with all glass out and components removed, it was fully repainted to the very high standard in which it remains today. The coachwork retains a superb finish throughout, free from any unsightly blemishes or corrosion; the trim is in fine order too and is largely original. The bumpers present with an excellent mirror shine having been renewed during restoration. Photographs taken during the restoration process are present in the history file.
