Classic Car Auctions says:

A very pretty 1966 Fiat 500 benefiting from recent expenditure...This charming, little, left-hand drive 500 is UK registered and is supplied with a valid MoT certificate until September 2016, and a Letter of Authenticity from Fiat dated December 2012.

Recently treated to over £2,000  worth of attention, including new chrome bumpers and 'Lusso' bars, new rear lights and side repeaters, new sunroof, new carpet, new glove tray, new wheels and hubcaps, new number plate light, replaced driver's side door handle and lock, replacement quarter light rubber seals fitted, replacement flasher relay, new fuel pump, refurbished dynamo fitted, new battery, new HT leads and points set fitted, overhaul to electrics, overhauled carburettor, new spark plugs, leads, points and condenser.
The car comes complete with an Owner's Manual and a documents file containing invoices and other paperwork detailing the recent expenditure.

Sensibly guided to reflect that it's an original car in good mechanical and good cosmetic condition, ready to be used and enjoyed.

All it needs is a new owner and a 'name'.
