Classic Car Auctions says:

A delightful Fiat 500L with a modest 500 Sport-feel.  Lovingly cared for after being bought back from Italy and restored.  The engine has been upgraded to a 650 with a synchro gearbox, so it now really bumbles along! Also fitted is a performance exhaust, Iridium spark plus and intertia reel seatbelts.  The current owner has only used this car in dry months and always dry stored it.
