Vehicle History

The present owner purchased the car (Build No. 451) from the original owner in 1988 when it had covered only 2,000 miles. He used it sparingly before, in 1995, he emigrated to the United States and the car was held in climate controlled storage until he shipped it out to the States in 2000. Despite his best efforts, however, he was unable to register the car for use in America and the car was again held in dry storage in the owner's private garage until earlier this year when he decided to return it to the UK for sale, there being no market for the vehicle on the other side of the Atlantic. Graham Goode Racing have restored/recommissioned the car to its original standard specification in all respects. The car has never been raced nor has it ever been involved in a collision of any sort. The accompanying documentation includes the original Ford Sierra Cosworth Owner's Manual, the RS500 Supplement, the Service Record book, the current MoT Certificate and the receipt for the recent work carried out by Graham Goode Racing.

Whilst in use, the car was regularly serviced in accordance with the recommended schedule by an accredited agent.
