Classic Car Auctions says:

1973 Mach I restoration project...  'PLU9L' was first registered in the UK in August 1973, but the exact year of manufacture is unknown. This Mustang is a left-hand drive, automatic, and its last MoT expired in August 2010. We believe it was in the process of being restored when its owner passed away. We currently do not hold a V5 for this car and any successful buyer will have to fill in an application for a new one.

All interested parties are recommended to view the car on the Auction day and satisfy themselves as to its condition and what may, or may not, need doing to return it to the road. The car will be available to view on the viewing afternoon and the morning of the auction.
