Vehicle has been ungaraged and used as daily transport in all weathers for the past three and a half years, and has suffered bodywork deterioration as a result. Attention is needed to minor rust on wheel arches, boot lid, doors, but structurally is sound with no advisories or work required on last MOT, although the sills will need replacing in the near future.

interior is functional, but needs considerable work. Wear and tear is commensurate with a 43 year old car of this mileage.

No major work done or required in the past 36,000 miles other than replacement of radiator/water pump/heater valve/hoses and head gasket to cure water leak in 2013. Has been serviced regularly over the past four years, and has been extremely reliable. Starts and runs well, uses very little oil (half pint/1,000 miles). Used for daily commute of 13 miles each way, and weekly longer journeys of between 40 and 160 miles without problems. Averages 30+mpg

Everything functions as it should, as would be expected from a vehicle in daily use. Front shock absorbers replaced in 2014. Tyres approximately half worn. Brakes function well enough for daily use.
