Classic Car Auctions says:

In common with other French car companies of the period, Panhard produced some very innovative designs and the 24 is certainly amongst them. Powered by an 848cc 'Boxer' air-cooled twin mated to a 4-speed gearbox, this little coupé was surprisingly nimble.

This very rare, right-hand drive 24C car was subject to a major body and mechanical restoration only 12,000 miles ago and now looks and goes pretty well as you would hope having put in all that effort. A photographic record of the work is in the car's history file accompanied by a number of receipts, old MoTs, details of previous owners, and copies of the driver's handbook and the workshop manual. With a fresh MoT, the car remains in very good condition with an excellent original interior. A classic example of quirky, French, sixties creativity and you won't see another one.
